In The mentalist (S02E09), Patrick Jane uses a fire extinguisher to try and smash a diamond, suspecting it is fake. Once he hits it, the diamond flies out from under the extinguisher, cracks a window pane and is lost in the office. The very moment when this was aired, i wanted to shout and tell the world that this is not the right method to test a diamond.

Nelson Mandela's health 'improving'. Reminded me of a good movie named INVICTUS

After reading the good news in BBC news ( http://goo.gl/RqzJa ) that the great Nelson Mandela's health is improving, I was reminded of a great movie Invictus ( IMDB link http://goo.gl/tNDK7 ) .  

The inspiring true story directed by Clint Eastwood of how Nelson Mandela (Morgan Freeman) joined forces with the captain of South Africa’s rugby team, Francois Pienaar (Matt Damon), to help unite their country.

The film was met with positive critical reviews and earned Academy Award nominations for Freeman (Best Actor) and Damon (Best Supporting Actor).
